His career includes global business development at ABF Ingredients, part of Associated British Foods, and leadership roles at AB Vista and AB Agri, with management responsibilities in China and North Asia.

Earlier, he worked at Boston Consulting Group in Zurich and in the Policy and Strategy Division of the United Nations World Food Programme in Rome.
